Auction donors may also donate an item for the Virtual Swag Bag for all attendees! This could include coupons, free trial or service, etc. We wanted to give our donors another way to elevate their business to our attendees, especially during the health crisis, and to support our community businesses. To take advantage of this opportunity, email Carrie Veurink.

The information below is requested so that we may properly acknowledge your generosity. We will send you a donation confirmation email or letter which you can use as your official receipt. This form is not a receipt. Donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. The Estimated Fair Market Value (FMV) must be completed by the donor. Hope Solutions cannot place a FMV amount or interpret the value of any non-financial donations. Please consult with your tax advisor regarding the proper handling of this gift in your tax return. Hope Solutions may package and/or display your donation with other items as it deems best for its fundraising efforts. Auction donations received after January 11, 2021 may not be included in the auction and will be used for another way that will further Hope Solutions efforts to provide permanent housing solutions and support services to vulnerable members in Contra Costa County. Unsold or unused donations will not be returned to the donor unless requested by donor prior to Hope Solutions’ receipt of the donation.
